We are looking for a technically savvy, personable communicator to join our customer service team for our web application. If you have experience working in the golf industry, with private clubs or in the hospitality industry, you are an even more ideal candidate.
As a Client Support Specialist ("CSS"), you will work with an Account Manager to support the websites for our prestigious private club clients. These clubs use our system to manage their tee times, spa appointments, and other reservations for their members. They use our websites to promote events that the clubs are hosting for their members and to communicate with their members. Our new mobile functionality even allows members to book their appointments from their phones.
As a member of our CSS team, it will be your job to answer questions about how the system works for our customers and to ensure that they experience success with it. Specifically, you will need to be able develop a deep knowledge of our system and to explain its functionality to traditionally non-technical clients. Finally, you will work directly with the users to provide training and support as the clubs deploy their websites so that our clients (and their members) have such a positive experience with the tool that they absolutely LOVE our product!

Job Requirements
As we said at the beginning, we are looking for a combination of personal and technical savvy.
On the personal side, we are looking for a professional and polished individual who knows how to deliver amazing customer service. We want our clients to enjoy talking to you on the phone when they call in with a question or problem. You should be a team player and will need the ability to multi-task and problem solve under pressure when client issues require troubleshooting. This is an entry-level position for an individual who is straight out of college or has 1-2 years experience under their belt.
On the technical side, we are looking for tech savvy individuals. Ideally, you have a basic knowledge of CRM Software, HTML, and other related technologies and services. If you don't have all of that, but you are tech savvy and have worked in a customer service position, send us your resume and explain in your cover letter why you are a good fit for this job.
