Hosted Technical Specifications

Clubessential offers two different hosting solutions: Cloud Hosting and Remote Access VPN. Cloud Hosting is our preferred method. For clubs that do not qualify for Cloud Hosting, Remote Access VPN hosting will be used.

Cloud Hosting Qualification Criteria: If your club is utilizing our Mobile Point of Sale solution and your club has multiple physical locations, in order to utilize our Cloud Hosting solution, your various club locations must be on the same network. Cloud Hosting combined with our Mobile Point of Sale solution requires your club to install Clubessential’s Point of Sale Print Service on a club server (or workstation). Any club workstation/tablet utilizing the Point of Sale solution must be able to communicate with the server (or workstation) where the Clubessential Point of Sale Print Service is installed. This is required in order to print any Point of Sale transactions (i.e. prep tickets, receipts, etc).
