Scheduled Downtime Notice (February 10th)

As previously communicated in a message sent 12/20/18, Clubessential is excited to announce that we will be advancing our network infrastructure in order to better serve our rapidly expanding customer base. These advancements will provide the highest level of performance and stability for your Clubessential applications and ensure performance uptime and network efficiency remain at the levels expected of our valued customers.

As a reminder and as part of these efforts, Clubessential is partnering with a new data center vendor which will allow us to expand our cloud-based solutions and provide more flexibility as we enhance our operations, performance, and disaster recovery efforts moving forward.

Our new targeted date for the system maintenance associated with the move, is now Sunday, February 10, 2019. We will be performing system maintenance that will take web services offline for a period of approximately 4 hours (beginning at 11pm ET Sunday, February 10, 2019). Again, this move is expected to have minimal impact on your club staff and members, however, we do want to make sure that we are proactive in an effort to make them aware of the event in advance. We will be providing more details as well as a suggested communication to your members by Friday, January 25th.
