10 Mb Connection Minimum
Static IP address Required – 6 weeks before go-live
Bridgeable High-Speed Modem (Consult with your ISP)

Hardware Firewall (Clubessential supplied and managed)

Upon receipt of your completed Hosted Questionnaire, Clubessential can configure and ship a WatchGaurd firewall to the club. Upon request from the club, CE will supply administrative login to your local IT. When sharing administration of the local firewall that Clubessential has deployed, please be aware that your local IT will always need to be your first contact whenever you have any connectivity problems to troubleshoot before reaching out to Clubessential. Your IT group should reach out to CE once they have the connection from the ISP and the firewall is operational.

If you choose to supply your own firewall, the following are currently supported and compatible to work with our core WatchGaurd: Meraki, Sonicwall, Cisco ASA, Fortigate or your own WatchGuard.

Remote Access VPN

If greater than 5 club employees require access outside of the club network (ex. from home), additional firewall feature keys must be purchased through Clubessential. Users will login through the club firewall from remote locations.

Remote VPN access will only be covered by CE if we supply your firewall. If the club supplies its own firewall, through their local IT, then Local IT will be responsible for setting up remote VPN access to the club’s network.
