Next Gen Mobile App Improvements

– App Home screen customization option: Custom verbiage now available for the articles on the app home screen. Instead of “News”, clubs can customize the name of this section

– Support for auto-crossovers for tee times in the Mobile App

– Mobile Food Ordering: Members can now view their past orders made from up to one year ago in the new “Orders” tab

Reservations Improvements

– Spa Management/Professional Services Reservations and Management:

– Admins- control system settings, can view and book for any provider in the system, can add or delete services, etc.

– Members- the system will recognize members and will allow for them to book appointments/lessons if their member type is permitted to do so

– (NEW) Provider-lower level of admin access for specialists or professionals to manage their own schedules, book, edit, or cancel member reservations only on their schedule. They will not have admin access to any configuration settings, and will not see other providers’ schedules or appointments/lessons

– There are now 3 levels of access for the system: Admin, Member, or Provider

– Added a “Save as New” option for email notifications to easily copy a notification

Office Improvements 

– Clubs now have the ability when creating vouchers to mark them as “infinite quantity” which will allow the vouchers to be used indefinitely until the expiration date has been reached. These vouchers will not appear on voucher related reports, and will be excluded from the voucher expiration wizard except to allow for the expiration date to be changed

– Clubs now have the ability to access mobile pos timekeeping data within the manage timekeeping node of CMA

– Clubs also now have access to mobile pos timekeeping data within the timekeeping export

– New wizard for Voucher Expiration – you now have the ability to change the expiration date on a voucher as well as the ability to partially or fully expire vouchers through this tool

Mobile POS Improvements:

– Clubs configured with the new spa systems now have the ability to have their members check-in for their reservations via the new “Find my appointment” button on check-in configured devices

– Staff now have the ability to configure and print out a gift receipt at POS for members who have purchased items as a gift for someone else.

– Servers now have the ability to favorite items for members that do not have modifiers associated with them

– Mobile POS will now display the number of new incoming orders on the Mobile Orders tab as long as the device is signed in and awake

– Tee times: Shotguns now display with all start tees and start letters (if applicable) in Mobile POS for booked and open times
