Clubessential is thrilled to announce our strategic acquisition of ASB taskTracker, intuitive golf course maintenance software designed by superintendents, for superintendents. 

ASB taskTracker, established in 2013, improves data collection and provides powerful insights for superintendents regarding staff efficiency, ROI of equipment versus labor, and budget variances, as well as helping to communicate, collaborate, and coordinate day-to-day operations.  It eases the burden of scheduling, job assignments, and equipment maintenance, while clearly showing how money is being utilized within each department.

Next Gen Mobile App Improvements:  

  • NEW Home screen options- add either a photo or a video to the home screen of your app 
  • NEW Admins can now send push notifications from the app 
  • NEW Updated dining reservations mobile styling now available 
  • NEW Event Registration User Interface- phased roll out

Next Gen Spa Management/Professional Services Reservations Improvements 

  • Added the ability to color code blocks 
  • Can now change the order of services and add on services 
  • Can now open availability for a time range on a day a provider is typically unavailable from the schedule 
  • Added the ability to “lock” an appointment to a particular provider. Only admins can unlock to move the appointment to a different provider. 
  • Added the ability to see a week view of a particular provider’s schedule
  • Added the day of week to Reports

POS & KDS Improvements: 

  • A new dedicated “Move Ticket” button has been added to the KDS bump bar to allow for quicker ticket moves. 
  • KDS station settings now allow you to set the ticket display to default to either table number or ticket number. Additionally, the table number has been added to the ticket information within the ticket notifications panel. 
  • Cover count now displays on the Dining Reservations Grid within Mobile Point of Sale.
