On Wednesday, May 17th, we joined with private club patrons and thought leaders to build the future of the industry. The 2023 Clubessential Digital Summit’s interactive sessions highlighted new and trending industry technology, featured conversations with real Clubessential customers, and dove into questions from our live attendees as we navigated these pertinent topics together. 

If you missed the live Summit, don’t worry – you can still access the educational and informative content online, so you can scale the Summit on your own time. 

If you haven’t yet, we would love for you to join us at the Clubessential Community! We created a (free!) place for you to go for enhanced access to support and training as well as a forum to share ideas and get information on the latest and greatest in the Clubessential world. It’s a space designed for you to connect with our community members and gain new knowledge.

Through the community portal you can create new casessee the status of any you have already submitted, or even check in on other cases your team members are involved in. Mastering the Spa and Professional Services Reservation System 

June 29th | 2pm ET 

Learn how to make the most of your Next Gen Spa Management and Professional Services reservation systems! This training will walk you through how to create and manage your services, resources, and schedule. Learn the basics of the Admin and Provider dashboards and more – all with Clubessential professionals on the other side of the screen with the answers and materials you need to create truly extraordinary member experiences.

We’re happy to present this month’s Did You Know? Clubessential Tips and Tricks video for your educational edification! Take less than 5 minutes to join us as we share with you helpful, lesser-known features, different ways to use system operations, and automations that can help improve your day-to-day experiences. This month, join the education team as we take a look at the hottest new feature in our Next Gen Spa Management and Professional Services solutions – a calendar sync feature that allows your providers and specialists to see their upcoming schedule right from their phones.

Reservations Improvements 

— Spa Mgmt/Professional Services- 

– New setting for Override Price? For CMA/Mobile POS users, can now enter an override price for a combo item to flow through to the ticket in Mobile POS. This allows for you to use a generic combo Item for a Provider and service category (i.e. Stephanie-Massage- $0) for all Massage services and duration rows to cutdown on the number of items that need to be created in CMA. 

– Add-Ons- will now flow through to the ticket in Mobile POS with the item/price connected to that Add-On. 

– Added an Amount column to the Spa Statistics Report 

– Preventing editing a reservation that has a closed ticket in Mobile POS. 

— Courts – Edit Block Series Now Available – instead of removing a series of blocked courts and then adding a new Block Series, you are now able to Edit the Series and adjust the Block Title, start/end time, and courts in the series going forward. 


KDS Improvements: 

— Clubs that are utilizing our KDS system will now see a new Notification Icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen which will display the 10 most recent events in the KDS helping their kitchen staff to track what is going on during a busy time period 

— Clubs utilizing our KDS system may now also notice that the overall ticket timer has been uncapped from the previous cap of 99:59 allowing for more precie reporting on any ticket that was in the KDS longer than 99 min 59s 

— The KDS Bump Bar will now also switch between table # and ticket # when a user presses on the ticket header to help eliminate confusion when information is being called out to the kitchen staff
