Introducing Tee Times 2.0
Clubessential introduces its revamped Tee Times 2.0.

Clubessential has revamped our online tee times system, and we now have 150+ users nationwide, with 30 clients on schedule to launch in Spring 2012. Below are some features already available to our tee times clients, along with a sneak preview of some exciting enhancements scheduled for an early 2012 release.

Design and Layout Flexibility 

Tee sheets can be customized to the needs of your club. Do you want your WGA group and your MGA group differentiated by different colors, to easily stand out on the tee sheet? No problem... you can easily set that up.


Accounting Integration

The Clubessential Tee Times system has the ability to commit course-related charges directly from the tee sheet, eliminating the need for double entry of tee time related charges into the POS.

Handicap Integration

Handicaps can be displayed on the tee sheet and in the tee times event system.

Mobile Optimization

Members can easily access and book tee times from their mobile devices, no matter which type of mobile devices they use, because Clubessential's Mobile Services is compatible on any modern mobile device.

Speed Enhancements
The speed of our Tee Times system has improved dramatically over the past couple of months, due in large part to the opening of our new $500,000 cloud hosting center in Austin, TX. We can now scale upwards with a rapidly growing tee times customer base.


Ease of use for staff to reformat the tee sheet for special events (e.g., shotgun start, double tee, etc.).

Delay Manager 
Easily accommodate weather-related delays by using the "Delay Manager" to push delays.
Buddy List 
Members can instantly email a group of buddies through this system, as well as quickly add buddies to a tee time.

Members can decide to allow other players to open a tee time and add themselves to it.

Color Coding
Special events and blocks on the tee sheet can be color coded for member and staff convenience.
Reservations Backup 
Automatically backs up the tee sheet to ensure it's accessible even if internet connection has been lost. This tool also allows for customized print reports (e.g., bag room report, starter report, etc.).
Keyboard Shortcuts 
Keyboard shortcuts allow you to quickly perform actions such as: switching dates (arrow keys), and much more.
Enhanced Email Capabilities  
Easily turn on or turn off tee time related email communications with members. (e.g., If you drag and drop a foursome from 8 AM to 7:55 AM, you can suppress confirmation emails from being sent to them.)
