Gregg Patterson shares how Clubessential has already made his life easier — even before The Beach Club's new website has launched.
Gregg Patterson has an innate ability to build relationships and create communities—two things he has done so well through the years as the General Manager of The Beach Club in Santa Monica, California.
In late 2013 Gregg turned to Clubessential to embark on a voyage to transform The Beach Club's current online presence into one which will help him continue to build relationships and create communities in today's tech-savvy world. With the new website nearing completion, Gregg was kind enough to share his experience while working with our team:
"I’m in the people business and I like working with computer people who understand that the job of “tech” is to support and enhance the “people side” of the hospitality equation. When it was time for The Beach Club to bring a bit of “high tech” into the “high touch” business, I wanted to work with people who would be “there” for me when I need them, who would get to know me as a manager and as a person, who would exceed my expectations, who would make my life better and easier and would do it all differently---with personality.
