Pinnacle Country Club's Revamped Website Attracts Prospective Members
The premiere private country club in Arkansas elevates its online presense, attracting the attention of prospective members.
Pinnacle Country Club, the premiere private club located in NW Arkansas, recently partnered with Clubessential's in-house Agency to redesign their web presence and offer a more user-friendly experience. The new custom design, built upon Clubessential's industry leading technology platform, allows for easier navigation, and a more modern, visual online experience for Pinnacle Country Club's online visitors.

We recently caught up with Toni Luetjen, Director of Marketing & Membership Relations, for some feedback on the Club's new web identity:

   

"Pinnacle Country Club is the premier country club in Northwest Arkansas. We are a family friendly club located just minutes away from the corporate offices of Wal-Mart ®, Tyson ® and Sam’s Club ®. Our area and clientele are ever growing and changing and we needed a website that properly represented our Club's offerings.

Our old website was difficult to navigate, visually unappealing, full of pictures that were small and hard to see and filled with content that was out of date. We were desperate for a new, upscale website!

The Clubessential Team was an incredible asset during the redesign of our site. They guided us through the actual design process, helped our team generate ideas on pictures and content to include and suggested basic layout and button changes that would make a world of difference for our users.

Since its launch, we have received numerous compliments about our new website. Our members love the luxurious design, ease of access and updated content. Most importantly is the fact that several potential members have also mentioned that the website was one of the deciding factors in their choice to join our club. Website visits and member utilization numbers have both increased tremendously since its release!
