New Website - The Club at Crested Butte
The Club at Crested Butte recently launched a revamped website, designed and implemented by Clubessential's agency team. Check out what Shayna McDonald had to say about the new website.
 
Clubessential recently partnered with the The Club at Crested Butte (CO), a client since 2008, to design and launch a new website, complete with an array of interactive communication modules.


Shayna McDonald, Marketing Director at Crested Butte, turned to Clubessential's in-house agency to take over the public-facing side of the website, which at the time had been hosted by a different web management company. The Clubessential agency designed and implemented a new public presence to better engage visitors, and redesigned the private side (which was already hosted by Clubessential) to improve communication with members. 

Ms. McDonald recently shared her thoughts on their new web solution:


   

"The Club at Crested Butte chose to invest in a complete re-design due to the user difficulty of our previous web management company for the public side of our website. The public side online platform made it very difficult to edit existing content and pictures and was almost impossible to speak with customer service about making changes. It was an obvious choice for us to go ahead and start a new website from scratch with Clubessential. We had been using Clubessential for the private side of our website and we were happy with the Clubessential service and support. We also wanted a consistent look for both the public and private sides of our new website. 

Clubessential has made the process of re-designing our website an extremely easy one. We had no problems at all in contacting the correct person to help us, and even received several emails throughout the process just to check up on us. Clubessential worked with us every step of the way providing the perfect tools and communication to make our site stand out from the rest. They provided one-on-one guidance to any questions we had and made website changes promptly. With their help, The Club at Crested Butte is able to reach a new audience with clear and organized content and a better public presence and a private Member side with easier navigation. We know that our Members truly benefit from the new private site and can navigate and find information easier and quicker than in the past.

We are most excited about the My Club section on our private site, which features a Message Board, Member Directory, Printable Documents and the Club Calendar. We are also very excited about the article plug-in which allows each Member to see important Club news on a daily basis."
