Job Title: Web/Graphic Designer

Clubessential is currently seeking a knowledgeable and team-oriented Web/Graphic Designer to join our Interactive Design Group.

The Clubessential Interactive Design Group, winner of Boardroom Magazine's Website Design Firm of the Year for the last two years, includes artists, designers, implementation consultants, and programmers who deliver:

• Custom website designs that emphasize and extend club branding
• New branding development and logos as needed
• Custom interactive flash applications to show off course layouts, property maps and helicopter course-flyovers
• Demonstrate accomplished understanding of the technical capabilities of our products.
• Website structures that incorporate the latest advances in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) so that most of the optimization is automatic, being built directly into the website design

Application Requirements:

Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and working knowledge of CRM software, HTML, and other related technologies and services.

• Required: Degree in interactive multimedia, computer design or related field from a four-year college or university
• Required: Excellent online portfolio of work and evidence of depth of knowledge
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash and/or Fireworks
• HTML working knowledge, Must have very strong in-depth knowledge and experience designing with CSS
• Ability to multi-task and make creative changes based on collective feedback from team
• Experience working in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment
• Academic and/or professional experience in building web interactivity
• Versed in what is "hot" on the web in relation to creative, marketing techniques
• Strong customer service, self-motivation, and time management skills

Position responsibilities:

• Produce custom website designs for clients
• Create new client branding and logos
• Design custom interactive flash applications
• Create design solutions that extend our clients' goals and enhance the consumer experience
• Take responsibility for new implementations and ongoing client support of LIVE sites
• Fulfill brand identity design requests from internal departments and external customers
• Exhibit a high degree of learning agility and ability to work under tight timelines
• Work closely with clients and vendors to reach the best solutions for each project

Location:

Clubessential Corporate headquarters are located in Mt. Lookout – Cincinnati, OH, where you will find a casual, fast-paced, dot-com environment. Little or no travel is required.
