In 2009, The Trump Organization selected Clubessential to revamp the entire Trump Golf portfolio of websites. Since then, they have completed 10 of our sites with several more in the works and we are pleased to say that we made the right choice. Working with the Clubessential team has been an enjoyable experience on every level and we have found them to be exceptionally competent, responsive and professional. Within the 1st 60 days of launching our new website through Clubessential we saw a massive increase in member usage of the site – close to 100,000 page views. In addition, our members are using the site to make tee times and register for events, as well as to stay totally current on daily events…right down to the ever-changing Soup of the Day!! We enjoy a wonderful business relationship with Clubessential as they have been a first class company to work with throughout the entire process. Their continued professional and focused support has made my staff and I comfortable enough to change the site on a daily, if not hourly basis. Our staff is proud to showcase who we are through the site, the Board is thrilled with every aspect of it, and, most importantly, our members not only love it, they use it all the time! I would dare to say that many of the new members we have admitted over the last 12 weeks went on the site initially as the behest of their sponsors, were intrigued and impressed, and then enjoyed the Monroe experience in person. This tool gives us the opportunity to make things happen.

We have been “live” with our new website developed by the Clubessential team (www.savannahlakes.com) for almost three weeks. Over this time period, we have been overwhelmed by the positive response to our website from our 5,000 plus property owners, regional business community, and prospective residents from across the nation.

The premise for our website redesign and the challenge that we presented to Clubessential was to assist us in developing an extremely strong public website with dynamic plug-ins for all the calendar events, news articles, and messages boards, all while maintaining a limited private portion to our website for members only. This project was part of a larger strategy to establish a community identity rather than an exclusive private club identity for Savannah Lakes Village. Our amenities are still private, but one of our many value propositions at this time is that we are an established member-owned community with numerous recreation, social, and golf events taking place every day. The basis of this strategy is that it’s easier and more authentic to show people what is happening within our community rather than telling them what is happening.

With this strategy in place and ready to implement, there was never a doubt who we would contact to implement a web solution for our community. At the time, we had already worked with Clubessential for over three years, so it was no surprise to us that Clubessential was up to the challenge and ready to share their “best practices” to achieve the result we desired.

I simply cannot say enough about the outstanding service and Clubessential’s culture of excellence that is consistent and apparent within each employee we have had the privilege to work with on this project.

I almost neglected to mention that the Clubessential team simultaneously assisted us in developing a stand-alone golf marketing website to support our Masters Week programs and B2B guest programs. This site has also been very positively received. Now, we are looking forward to implementing Clubessential’s Netcaddy tee time solution.

The bottom line is that we could not be more pleased with our new websites and the ongoing support we have received. We will continue to sing Clubessential’s praises (albeit much louder) for all who will listen!
