Clubessential is a full service provider, offering everything a club needs to be successful with their website.


Education:

Clubessential is committed to making its clients successful with their websites.  This inevitably means that Clubessential must provide education about the use of the website tools and also about using the Internet to market club services to club members.  Clubessential provides education in a variety of ways, including:

  • One-on-one classes.  Clubessential will provide an unlimited number of individualized classes on any aspect of the website to client administrators (remotely using LiveMeeting).  Administrators can be trained and retrained as often as necessary.  Clubs do not need to worry about extra costs in the event of staff turnover, as there is no charge for the new round of training.
  • Group Classes.  Nearly every week Clubessential holds group classes about using the Axis editor and other website tools.  Administrators can attend these classes at no charge and listen to questions posed by administrators from other clubs.
  • Emailings.  Clubessential writes a continuing series of club Internet marketing articles and provides them to clients at no charge.
  • NewsFlashes.  Clubessential is constantly enhancing its systems and sometimes needs to bring an important advance to the attention of club administrators right away.  In these cases Clubessential uses a "NewsFlash," which alerts administrators every time they sign in to the website until they review the item in question.
  • On-site education.  Clubessential will also conduct on-site education for a consulting fee and travel and lodging costs. However, the vast majority of Clubessential's clients do not need to go to this expense.
  • Seminars.  Every two months or so, Clubessential arranges with one of its clients to hold an Internet marketing seminar in some major city, inviting administrators from all over the country to attend.  There is no cost for these seminars, and Clubessential hosts lunch.
  • CoffeeBreaks.  Every two weeks or so, Clubessential will hold a webinar on a particular advanced aspect of using its website tools.  Up to 100 administrators can attend these sessions simultaneously.  Click Here to see the upcoming Coffee Breaks.
