An important measure of the success of a website is the number of members who sign into the website and at what frequency. Axis provides several reports on user activity:
- Profile Update Report - This report allows administrators to see any changes members made to their profile data in a given time range. So, for example, an administrator could ask for all the email address changes members made in the month of April. Can be exported to Excel.
- Active User Listing - Shows which members have signed in recently and how often they have signed in. Can be exported to Excel.
- User Statistics Report - Shows first and last login by members and the total number of logins within a specified time period. Can be exported to Excel.

Axis tracks a wide variety of information about the visitors to the website, the indexing of search engines, the pages which receive the most attention, and the effectiveness of emails.
- Tracks logins, listing recent visitors
- Traces path of each visitor
- Reports/graphs hits by area/page by hour/day/month
- Displays monthly and day-of-week statistics
- Response time tracking/graphing
- Breaks out user session durations. This helps determine the fraction of visitors who reached the site in error and immediately left. It also indicates the percentage of visitors whose attention was captured sufficiently for a long perusal.
- Tracks where visitors come from (“referrers”). For example, if a golf course is receiving a lot of traffic from the local Chamber of Commerce website, it will rank high on this page.
- Tracks search phrases used to find the website, broken out by search engine. This is very useful in determining how to organize content to optimize search engine hits.

In order to notify its clients of the ongoing enhancements in a convenient efficient manner, the System Release Notes were added to every website in the administration area. These release notes describe every improvement, including bug fixes, enhancements and entire new products.
- View all enhancements and bug fixes during a specified date range.
- Listings can be categorized by product module or type for easy reference.
- Export listing to Excel for further analysis.

Every week or so Clubessential has an important announcement for its client administrators. Since sometimes notices get lost in the day to day confusion, Clubessential devised a NewsFlash system that continually re-notifies administrators of announcements until the administrator opens the message.
